It's been useful to think of my art practice as a type of symbolic activity and a physical response to things as they exist...
My process is both intuitive and inquisitive. The particular questions really don't matter as much the asking or their function as a pulse for the work.

What's the difference between objects and events?
How do we absorb the constant flow of information about the world?
What if you could make things stop for just one second?
What would that look like?
What do we read and understand when words are gone?

These are a few of the questions used in making the newspaper work.
